If you want to change the delivery item or just are not satisfied with the item you have got, please send the item back in an unused condition with tags still attached. Your money will be returned into your bank account if you paid by card.

The products are delivered within Sweden by the Swedish Post. Please note that we can take no responsibility for products once they are outside of Sweden.
If the item ordered is in stock, our ambition is that an order reaching us before noon on any regular Monday to Friday, it is packed and sent the same day; if the item is not in stock, delivery will normally take 2-4 weeks. Please note that this is with the exception of suddenly sold out, or expired items.
